S-dSV is a water-soluble film coated with a unique clear water-soluble adhesive on one side of the film. It can be used for a wide variety of applications including creating lace, hooping sheer fabrics, cut work, bridal illusion, towels, baby garments and multi-dimensional applique. The adhesive backing holds the fabric firmly preventing it from slipping or distorting, which can occur with a non-adhesive backed water soluble film. S-dSV is 300% stiffer than most other water-soluble stabilizers which provides greater ease of use and handling. It also has 400% less stretch preventing embroidery distortion and puckering!
